Position Summary

The Customer Relation Specialist manages customer inquiries and delivers excellent service to key accounts. This role collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, and regional teams to coordinate orders, resolve issues, support service improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and experience in a fast-paced customer environment are essential.

Working Conditions

  • Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle Customer Requirements

  • Manage basic inquiries from AD China/Taiwan and coordinate with CS/GPD and related departments for implementation
  • Join Sales to visit customers to understand their needs
  • Directly liaise with Chinese/Taiwanese and Vietnamese merchandisers regarding service inquiries

2. Coordinate with Other Departments

  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Planning teams to meet customer expectations
  • Handle urgent customer requests by coordinating with multiple supporting teams
  • Conduct regular weekly/monthly service performance reviews for Korean/Chinese factories
  • Coordinate order migration and local support with Korean/Chinese teams
  • Lead service improvement projects and execute improvement plans

3. Provide Excellent Service to Customers

  • Ensure high-quality customer service, including regular review calls with key accounts
  • Coordinate material and FG stock planning for key customers
  • Set up standard quotations and discount prices with GSPD
  • Independently resolve customer complaints following company procedures
  • Assist and back-up Sales; report to Sales Manager

Job Requirements

Academic Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus

Experience

  • 3–5 years in Customer Service or related roles

Skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication in Chinese; English preferred
  • Excellent data entry, organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of assigned product lines and customers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and issues effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
