Position: Customer Operations Support (1 Position)

Preah Sihanouk, Cambodia
Salary
- English & Khmer speakers: USD 400 – 450
- English & Mandarin speakers: USD 500 – 550
Job Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming order requests and shipment instructions using the company logistics system
- Monitor and update daily records for order tracking, shipping status, and delivery confirmation
- Perform accurate data entry and validate logistics-related documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients via email and internal communication tools
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and logistics procedures
- Support the logistics coordination team with reporting and documentation
Job Requirements
- Age: 20 – 35 years old
- Language: English required (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate simple systems
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
