Job Description
A Creative Director is the driving force behind the creative output of an advertising agency or marketing department, ensuring that the work is both visually compelling and strategically effective.
– Setting the Creative Vision: Developing and communicating a clear and compelling creative strategy for campaigns and projects, aligning it with the overall business goals.
– Supervising Creative Development: Overseeing the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to project guidelines.
– Collaborating with Stakeholders: Working closely with clients, marketing teams, and other departments to understand their needs and ensure that creative work effectively addresses those needs.
– Ensuring Brand Consistency: Maintaining a cohesive visual and thematic style across all projects and campaigns, ensuring that the brand’s message is consistent and impactful.
– Managing Budgets and Timelines: Setting project budgets and timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
– Presenting Creative Concepts: Effectively communicating creative ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders, presenting work and explaining the rationale behind creative decisions.
– Monitoring Campaign Performance: Tracking and analyzing the performance of creative campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments.
Job Requirement
– Any nationality is acceptable.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
(An MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.)
– More than 5 years of experience in creative management role within an agency environment.
– Strong Creative Vision: Ability to develop innovative and impactful creative concepts.
– Exceptional Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
– Excellent English and communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate creative ideas, present work effectively, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Project Management Skills: Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
– Deep Understanding of Advertising and Marketing: Knowledge of different advertising channels, marketing strategies, and best practices.
– Proficient in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
– Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media.
