POSITION SUMMARY

Position: Corporate (B2B) Sales Assistant Manager
Location: Phnom Penh
Industry: Retail
Salary Range: $600 – $1,200

Drive B2B sales growth by building strong client relationships, improving brand value, and conducting market research to optimize corporate sales strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively approach targeted business clients via telephone, email, social networks, and events.
  • Research and proactively engage potential corporate clients.
  • Assist managers and perform support tasks in chambers of commerce or industry events.
  • Identify new client leads and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Plan and execute sales activities to achieve growth objectives.
  • Conduct presentations, product introductions, and business meetings with clients.
  • Perform market research, analyzing competitors and sales strategies.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the Corporate Sales Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales (preferred).
  • Advanced English for business communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Adaptable to working under a foreign supervisor or in a multicultural team.

PRIORITY / PREFERRED

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of retail business (preferable).
  • Corporate sales experience in retail is highly desirable.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • English: Advanced

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday, Saturday half-day
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri), 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Sat)
  • Weekly Day Off: 1.5 days
