Job Description
Content Creation:
• Develop original content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Write clear, engaging captions.
• Plan visual content (photos, videos, reels) in collaboration with the design team.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Social Media Management:
• Manage posts and stories across all social platforms.
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages, comments, and mentions promptly.
• Grow followers organically and increase brand visibility.
Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams for campaign execution.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, and follower growth.
• Use insights from tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or Google Analytics to improve content and strategy.
• Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for optimization.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation and/or social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms, trends, and digital content best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Khmer or other languages is a bonus).
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Photography/videography basics
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Experience working in multicultural environments or event promotion
