– Creating engaging captions that highlight unique aspects of each brand
– Creating a monthly pipeline for content publishing via the platform to increase outreach and engagement.
– Ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all picture-artwork and caption pairs.
– Writing, editing, and producing high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, podcasts, and more.
– Collaborating with designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce engaging multimedia content.
– Ensuring all content is aligned with the brand voice, tone, and style.
– Managing content calendars to ensure consistent and timely publication.
– Planning content themes and topics in advance, coordinating with relevant departments to align content with product launches, campaigns, and events.
– Scheduling content for publication across different platforms, ensuring optimal timing for audience engagement.
– Analyzing audience data and feedback to understand what content resonates best.
– Engaging with the audience through comments, social media interactions, and other communication channels.
– Adapting content strategies based on audience behavior and preferences.
– Curating relevant third-party content that adds value to the brands audience.
– Sharing curated content on appropriate platforms, adding commentary or analysis to enhance its relevance.
– Ensuring curated content aligns with the brands messaging and objectives.
– Continuously reviewing and updating existing content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
– Optimizing content for different platforms, including social media, websites, and email newsletters.
– Ensuring all content is mobile-friendly and accessible to a broad audience.
– Collaborating with designers and multimedia specialists to create visually compelling content.
– Training junior content creators or team members on content creation techniques, tools, and best practices.
– Mentoring less experienced team members and providing feedback on their work.
– Sharing industry knowledge and insights with the team to keep everyone informed of the latest trends.
– Ensuring all content complies with legal regulations, copyright laws, and company policies.
– Reviewing and obtaining necessary approvals for content that may require legal or regulator oversight.
– Managing content permissions and rights, especially when working with third-party materials.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Digital media, Communications or relevant field.
– Minimum 1-year experience as a content creator in advertising industry or relevant roles and familiar experience in digital buying & planning.
– 1 to 2 years of working experience in advertising industry or relevant roles.
– Familiar experience of implementation of campaigns on Meta Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, Tik Tok Ad Manager.
– Good command in English
– Architecture knowledge
– Digital media, Digital marketing, MS Office, Researching, and Creative.
– Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
– Both Hard and Smart-working
