POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Marketing Producer, the Content Creator appears on camera and creates engaging short-form video content for Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. This role collaborates closely with Sales and HR teams to support marketing, recruitment, and business activities. The Content Creator follows assigned topics and feedback to produce content aligned with the brand’s image and message.

Working Time: 8:00 – 16:15 (1h break)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
On-Camera Performance:
- Appear confidently on camera for videos (talking, explaining, presenting).
- Deliver messages clearly and naturally based on marketing briefs.
- Represent the brand’s image, tone, and values professionally.
Self-Created Video Content:
- Create personal-style videos (talking head, storytelling, trends).
- Film videos independently using phone or camera.
- Ensure good lighting, audio, and framing.
Task Execution from Marketer:
- Follow content topics, scripts, or guidelines assigned by the marketer.
- Meet deadlines and required video formats.
- Revise or re-record videos based on feedback.
Basic Editing & Submission:
- Perform basic video editing (CapCut, captions, music if required).
- Submit final videos according to platform requirements.
- Organize video files properly.
Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated with TikTok, Reels, and short-video trends.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in content creation.
- Able to speak English at business level.
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
- Able to perform basic video editing (CapCut, captions, music).
- Understand and follow marketing instructions.
Priority:
- University students are welcome.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Language Requirements: Advanced English
