Job Description
– Reception of customers
– Reply to customer information (handle customer complaints, provide services, etc.)
– Front desk duty (water and electricity charges)
– Data collation (receiving property, collecting items, entrusting keys, parking space rental and gas connection records, etc.);
– Customer information feedback;
– Repair and follow up;
– Property management fee collection.
Job Requirement
– Be good in Chinese, both be good in Chinese and English preferred;
– Have experience in building management;
