– Leasing Strategy & Management
– Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy and desired tenant mix for commercial properties.
– Identify and target potential tenants aligned with the positioning of our projects and market demand.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns to attract tenants.
– Tenant Relations & Negotiations
– Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
– Lead lease negotiations, including terms, conditions, and renewal discussions for commercial units.
– Resolve tenant issues and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
– Market Analysis & Reporting
– Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and rental benchmarks in both residential and commercial real estate sectors.
– Provide regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market insights to senior management.
. Project Coordination
. Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure timely handover of commercial units to tenants.
. Collaborate with designers and contractors to meet tenant requirements during move-in and fit-out stages.
– Compliance & Administration
– Ensure all lease agreements comply with legal and company standards.
– Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and rental payments for both residential and commercial properties.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum 5-8 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related fields, preferably with commercial real estate developments.
– Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to analyze market data and develop effective leasing strategies.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Khmer or other languages is an advantage.
– Results-driven and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
– Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently across all levels.
