Job Description
– Meet or exceed sales targets for Room Air Conditioners (RAC), Package Air Conditioners (PAC), and VRF Air Conditioners (VRF).
– Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, and building owners.
– Negotiation and Deal Closure: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue.
– Collaboration and Support: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the sales cycle.(Engineer and CS team)
– Sales Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions using PACB’s current sales management procedures.
Job Requirements
– Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling air conditioning systems or B2B products (More than 3 years of experience working).
– Technical Knowledge as a sales
– Strong understanding of commercial air conditioning systems, including VRF systems, sufficient to engage in technical discussions.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
– Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively, ensuring
favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
– Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, and highly organized with
excellent time management skills.
