Job Description
– To be responsible for Phone Collection Team and Field Collection Team;
– To make and revise the collection policy;
– To prepare analysis report to monitor loan payments and bad debts
– To manage on budget plan and actual expense related to overdue debts;
– To set the collection strategies on the loan re-schedule and bad debt write-off;
– To review & analyze overdue data and feedback to related operations;
– To control the customer inquiry about early payment and other requests;
– Prepare monthly collection plan
– Prepare the daily and monthly collection performance report.
– Prepare and verify the late charge list/penalty
– Prepare loan write off report
– Education collection staff regarding collection policy and manual
– Manage monthly collection staff operations
– Analyze the collection performance and overdue customers information report and feedback to line manager.
Job Requirement
– Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a similar field.
– At least 3-5 years experience in collection field
– Proven work experience as a credit manager/collection manager or similar role.
– Excellent analytical skills.
– Working experience under a foreign boss
– Able to handle multi tasks without any compliment
– Advanced English skills in written and speaking
– Fast learner, good at communication and flexible person.
Priority
– Good communication skills is important
– Advanced IT skills and Advanced MS Office
– Working experience in a start up company is an advantage
– Ability to deal with stressful situations.
