Job Description
– Rental sales (customer service to foreigners living in Cambodia)
– Check real estate properties for defects and manage rental properties
– Assist with procedures for opening local bank accounts
– Guide investors, research and update local investment information
– Prepare and manage client information documents such as contracts and payment status checks
– Liaise with collaborative partners
– Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirement
– Ability to deal with customers in a friendly and flexible manner
– Good to Advanced Japanese skills
– Good English language skills to the level required for work
– Working experience with Japanese (real estate sales experience is especially welcome)
– Ability to work occasional weekends and to work varying hours during busy periods.
