Job Description
You work as a Claims Executive for general insurance products. The position acts as an intermediary between customers and insurance companies by evaluating the customers’ facts surrounding claims and determining whether the loss is covered or should be compensated.
– Take full responsibility of the entire Claims process
– Ensure Claims payments are in accordance with the Claims management guidelines of the company
– Conduct quality checks on cases processed by the staff
– Conduct workshops and training to the staff to improve and enhance their knowledge and skills in Claims processing
– Ensure effective communication with agencies and customers
– Review and recommend changes to the Claims process and any associated document/form
– Maintain Claims files such as records of settled Claims and an inventory of Claims requiring details analysis
– Performs any others duties as assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager
– Report daily activities and monthly result to the manager
Job Requirement
– Any nationality is acceptable
– Male Only
– Bachelor or Master Degree in related fields degree
– Advanced command of English and Chinese for business communication
– Able to work independently
– Good communication skills (especially with an elderly person and foreigners because the main customers are elderly foreign management people.)
– Able to go outside and visit the customer when needed
– Willing to learn, grow and contribute with our professional environment
– At least 3 years of relevant working experience
– Experience insurance system and advanced skill for Microsoft Office
Priority
– Able to use Chinese at advanced level for 4 commands (speaking, listening, writing and reading)
– Experience in General Insurance company (not Life Insurance)
– Has studied or worked in Chinese speaking countries (China, Taiwan, etc)
– Working experience in a Chinese company or under a Chinese boss
