POSITION SUMMARY
Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Phnom Penh
Industry: Finance & Insurance
Salary Range: Up to $10,000 (Negotiable)
Lead the organization by providing strategic direction, managing overall operations, and ensuring long-term growth and profitability. Serve as the primary liaison between the board and the organization while representing the company to stakeholders, investors, regulators, and the public.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and overall strategy.
- Guide long-term planning and decision-making to achieve sustainable growth.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Create and develop credit product policies, procedures, and related documents.
- Assist in market research, product development, and implementation of innovative ideas.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
- Manage resources, budgets, and company performance effectively.
- Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Approve and monitor budgets, financial plans, and investments.
- Ensure financial health, profitability, and risk management.
- Maintain relationships with the board, investors, partners, regulators, and clients.
- Act as the public face of the company in media, conferences, and industry forums.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.
- Foster a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and employee development strategies.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 10–15 years of senior management experience, preferably as CEO or in executive roles.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in credit risk management, financial management, and institutional growth.
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory environment.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to social and financial inclusion.
- Experience with fundraising or investment management is a plus.
- Fluent in Khmer and English.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
