មន្ទីរពេទ្យអរឃីដ – កោះពេជ្រ (Orchid Koh Pich Hospital) is looking for Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

1​. Sales Strategy and Execution:
– Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive patient admissions and
revenue growth – focus on the whole patient journey and sales funnel.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and government partners
– Improve sales operation and Lead the sales team in effectively communicating the
hospital’s value proposition and service offerings to potential patients and their families.
– Track sales performance, set sales targets, and implement performance metrics to evaluate
team and individual performance.
– Ensure timely tactical adjustment in view of topline results
2​. Marketing and Brand Management:
– Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance the hospital's brand visibility and reputation. This includes 360 marketing: online, offline, etc.
– Keep up to date with market trends and competitor’s activities.
– Identify target market segments, create customer profiles, and develop strategies to attract new patients as well as to retain and extend customer lifetime value
– Drive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media lead conversion, online
advertising, and website improvement.
– Ensure updated marketing collaterals are in place. This includes but not limited to brochures, flyers, and online content, to effectively communicate the hospital's unique selling points.
– Collaborate with external agencies, PR firms, and media partners to optimize marketing efforts and maximize brand exposure.
3. Product and Promotion:
– Always review and ensure clear product and right pricing offering
– Strategic planning and overseeing promotion campaigns (but not losing sight of margin)
4. Partnership Development:
– Identify and forge strategic partnerships with relevant healthcare providers, insurance
companies, and corporate organizations.
– Develop referral programs and incentives to encourage healthcare professionals to refer
patients to our maternity hospital.
– Establish strong relationships with insurance providers and negotiate favorable agreements
to expand insurance coverage for our services.
– Collaborate with the business development team to explore strategic MOU opportunities
5. Team Leadership and Development:
– Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and
objectives.
– Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive
feedback.
– Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and
continuous learning.
– Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance the capabilities of
the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– Proven experience as a Chief Commercial Officer, VP of Sales and Marketing, or in a
similar leadership role (within the healthcare industry is a plus).
– Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a healthcare
setting.
– In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, particularly in the healthcare sector.
– Familiarity with the maternity healthcare market and an understanding of patient needs and
preferences.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights for strategic
decision-making.
– Quantitative and creative problem solver
– Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
– Fluent in English; and Native Khmer

Skills and Experience:
– Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts,
– Experience in developing promotional campaigns and materials using technology, software
packages, social media and mass media (website development, SMS campaigns, TV and
Radio),
– Be well presented with a professional manner,
– Work well in a team and with a wide range of people,
– Effective communicator, fluent in Khmer written/spoken, good command of English
– Sound computer skills including MS Office suite of programs
– Highly analytical and strategic with excellent foresight and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work at both a strategic and detailed level – hands on when needed.
