Position Summary
We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Chief to oversee daily operations at an entertainment center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, handle staff coordination, manage sales reports, and maintain excellent communication with both staff and customers. This role is suitable for candidates who are dynamic, hands-on, and passionate about the entertainment and customer service sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with staff and ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
- Provide quick and flexible solutions to customer concerns.
- Follow and implement instructions from management accurately.
- Take initiative to propose new sales promotions and activities.
- Maintain high responsibility, quick responsiveness, and adaptability.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or customer service (entertainment sector is a plus).
- Age between 25–35 years old.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Honest, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
- Ability to communicate in English.
Benefits & Allowances
- Basic Salary: $340 – $446
- Transportation & Phone Allowance: $50
→ Total: $390 – $496 - 1 day off per week.
- 18 days paid annual leave after 1 year of employment.
- Training period: 3 months (90% of basic salary during training).
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays (service industry schedule).
