Position Summary
The Channel Sales Specialist will maintain and expand sales channels and client relationships. You will be responsible for driving property sales, managing clients, and ensuring smooth transaction processes, directly contributing to the success of R&F Properties Cambodia.

Working Conditions
- Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:30
- Working Days: Shift system with 4 rest days per month
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing channels and clients
- Actively follow up with clients to complete sales deals
- Prepare and review contracts in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Execute tasks and assignments from team leaders or management
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Cambodian nationality
- Proficient in Chinese (speaking and writing)
- Experience in real estate sales preferred; other sales experience considered
- Age under 35 years old; no gender preference
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic team environment
Priority: High proficiency in Chinese will be prioritized

- Chinese: Good to Advanced
