Position Summary:

Channel Sales Manager manages channel partners, support distributors and resellers, and drive nationwide sales growth. The role involves close collaboration with partners, market feedback collection, frequent provincial travel, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Job Requirements

Job Description:

– Manage and maintain relationships with channel partners, analyzing industry trends and
formulating effective channel sales strategies.
– Provide channel customers with comprehensive support, including sales, technical, and
product assistance.
– Collaborate closely with partners to drive product marketing, promotional activities, and
service improvements, while gathering market and customer feedback.
– Conduct frequent business trips to provinces and meet customers regularly.
– Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Required Skills:

– At least 2years of experience in channel distribution sales or sales-out roles, preferably in
the CCTV or related electronics/technology industries.
– Fluent English communication skills are required.
– Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
– Sales experience in CCTV or related products with distributors, resellers, or companies such as VIVO, OPPO, Huawei, Samsung, Hikvision, or Tiandy is strongly valued.
– Smart, quick learner, honest, proactive, and self-motivated.
– Strong presentation, training, and solution-selling skills.
– Familiarity with IT and CCTV technology; fresh graduates in IT-related fields with strong
learning ability and a positive attitude are also welcome.
Language Requirements:

Advanced English, Good Chinese
