Job Description
– Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
– Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
– Assist in the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives, tracking progress and providing updates to the CEO.
– Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
– Draft reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
– Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
– Assist with operational logistics, coordinating between departments to ensure smooth execution of company initiatives.
– Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO and other executive team members as needed.
– Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
– Provide translation (Chinese-English) for meetings and documents.
– Other tasks as assigned by CEO.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Fluency in Chinese and English.
