Job Description
– Handle cargo booking, change bookings, and maximize bookings on flights.
– Manage overbooking or backlog.
– Monitor the cargo lying list or on the transit list.
– Liaise with HQ to uplift shipments as booked.
– Liaise with agents and HQ on operation issues.
– Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
– Perform flight planning and prepare cargo-related reports.
– Work closely with our airline principles, and develop a good working relationship with key freight forwarders and GHA to achieve company objectives.
– Monitoring cargo receiving at the airport and submission to the warehouse team. Report to the customer if there is any irregularity.
– Giving feedback on customers’ inquiries.
– Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
– College degree or Bachelor Degree.
– Experience in the cargo/airfreight industry will be an advantage.
– Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
– Proficient in MS Office.
