POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Development (Sales) role is responsible for promoting and selling products and services to existing and potential customers. This position focuses on developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and market analysis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to understand customer requirements
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships
  • Generate leads through cold calling and other sales activities
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Achieve assigned sales targets within the agreed timeline
  • Coordinate sales activities with internal teams and departments
  • Analyze market potential and track sales performance
  • Prepare reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Stay updated on best sales practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve performance through feedback

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in IT solutions or service provider companies
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Khmer & English)
  • Ability to adapt to company culture and work collaboratively
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field, or final-year university student

PRIORITY

  • Female candidates are preferred
  • Experience in IT solution or service provider companies

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • GOOD ENGLISH
