Position Summary:
The Business Development Executive / Supervisor (Chinese Speaking) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services being highly preferred.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and supply chain services
-Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and international customers
-Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
-Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients
-Maintain and grow existing client accounts to ensure long-term business relationships
-Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
-Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review
-Support senior management in business development strategies (for Supervisor level)

Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
-Minimum 1–3 years (Officer) or 3–5 years (Supervisor) experience in Business Development / Sales within Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
-Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
-Strong understanding of logistics services such as ocean freight, air freight, and customs clearance
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
-Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Strong understanding of logistics services such as ocean freight, air freight, and customs clearance
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
-Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
