Job description

– Seek new business opportunities, arrange appointments, and schedule meetings.
– Prepare and deliver presentations.
– Support and collaborate with Project Teams on project schedules, budgets, procurement, timely project delivery, commissioning, and reporting.
– Communicate with clients to determine requirements, scope, and objectives.
– Analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction with company products and services.
– Provide insights for product/system development and competitive positioning.
– Meet or exceed sales call activity goals for acquiring new sales.
– Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
– Meet with potential customers, present company offerings, and negotiate business deals.
– Efficiently manage prospects by creating and implementing sales plans and maintaining key information in the internal database on a weekly basis.
– Expand the existing client base through lead generation.
– Utilize industry and company knowledge to prepare comprehensive proposals, gain internal approval, and deliver them through effective presentations.
– Fulfill additional duties as required.

Jon Requirements

– Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is mandatory.
– Demonstrated track record of sales growth.
– Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field.
– Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
– Excellent project management skills.
– Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
– Effective verbal and written communication skills.
– Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.

Priority

– Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is required.
