Job Description
– Train, manage and evaluate staff to make sure that all staff performs their tasks very well
– Check the daily operation of service staffs to provide satisfying serving, greeting, cleaning, and other hospitality care for customers
– Promotion and advertising activity to get more customers of the restaurant as well as wholesales business
– Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond to customer complaints.
– Marketing plans for planned new businesses (delivery and external sales) and measures to achieve success.
– Prepare the reports/monitor, analyze, and report on related issues
– New business proposals, development and market research
Job Requirement
– Understand and be able to speak in JP at least Good level(N3 level or above)
– Be interested in running new projects and marketing/sales operations
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
– Have a responsibility and self-motivated, able to work under pressure
– Able to make relationship with staff, customers and new clients
Priority
– Be interested in Japanese food industry
– Good English skills in Speaking is an advantage
– Experienced the management position
– Experience of working at a restaurant especially at a Japanese high-end restaurant.
