Position Summary
The Business Development Manager is a senior role responsible for driving company growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and partnership development. Reporting directly to the Chairman, this position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating high-level commercial agreements to support long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
- Identify, prospect, and develop new customers, partners, and business opportunities
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute business strategies
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for clients and partners
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers and partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Provide regular reports on business development performance and market insights to management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
- Experience in logistics, trading, or e-commerce is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Language Requirements
Good to Advanced English
Working Conditions
- Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
