POSITION SUMMARY
This role is for a Business Development Manager at a major Japanese trading company. The company is seeking a future leader, not a routine office staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and executing high-level business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting management-level decision-making in Cambodia.

- WORKING TIME: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- WORKING DAYS: Monday – Friday, Saturday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute high-level business strategies aligned with company goals
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities through active communication
- Conduct field research and collect real-time market data
- Evaluate financial performance and calculate ROI for business initiatives
- Assess management and leadership capability of business partners or clients
- Support strategic decision-making with strong analytical insight
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree from a Japanese university (Government Scholarship / MEXT is highly welcomed)
- For Japanese candidates: Long-term work experience in Cambodia is mandatory
- For Cambodian candidates: Japanese university graduate with strong understanding and appreciation of Japanese culture
- Strong ability in strategy planning, analysis, and execution
- Solid accounting knowledge with the ability to calculate ROI
- Deep understanding of Cambodian business customs and culture
- Strong communication and market-sensing skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Male, age 25–30s preferred
- Experience in management evaluation or business assessment
- IT literacy is an advantage
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced English
- Advanced Japanese (JLPT N2 – N1)
BENEFITS & ALLOWANCES
- Annual Bonus: 1 month of base salary
- Annual Salary Increment: Approximately 3–5%
