POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing new business opportunities and market initiatives to drive company growth and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Driving New Business Development
- Identify, assess, and manage new programs and business opportunities leading to successful commercialization.
- Work with prospective customers to identify unmet needs and develop initiatives to meet those needs.
- Drive profitable business growth through opportunity analysis and execution of development plans.
- Identify and evaluate “new-to-market” business prospects that align with company vision and capabilities.
- Explore opportunities to expand existing technologies to new or current customers.
2. Business and Trade Data Analysis
- Utilize business analysis tools to map potential opportunities with clear action plans.
- Conduct regular data analysis, including customer, rebate, ROI, and sales forecasts.
- Design ad-hoc reports and metrics to support sales initiatives.
- Support formulation and review of sales targets, manage achievement measurement process (SIP), and handle relevant inquiries.
- Participate in projects to review and improve systems for detailed sales program analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in business development, sales, product management, or marketing.
- Experience in apparel or footwear industries is an advantage.
- Strong ability to assess customer needs and turn them into business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and financial skills.
- Proficient in project management and data presentation.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and matrix organizational environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Advanced Chinese preferred).
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Good English and Chinese communication skills (Advanced Chinese preferred).
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Work location: Royal Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone, National Road 4
- Flexible workplace; employees are not required to be in the office every day (depends on assigned tasks).
