Job Description
– Check document received from OP team
– Prepare document(authorize letter, import permit application, clearance documents and other related documents)
– Customs data system in putting( NSWS & CVDS)
– Prepare payment requested for team
– Assist Supervisor
– Process for customs valuation and customs permit for import and export
– Attend and support for handling import and export cargo
– Cooperate with and support operation team for smooth process of import and export
– Reporting tasks
– Other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor degree in the related field
– Willing to learn new thing
– Able to speak English well
– Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Email
– Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
– Honest & Patient Person
– Be able to legally clear customs.
Priority
– Have experiences in Freight operation(Air or Sea)
– Experience from international company logistics
(No experience and fresh graduated can apply).
