Job Description
– Check and response on Check document from OP and Sale
– Apply for an Import permit at the Ministry
– Checking Requirement document for submit to the ministry
– Follow up Cash return from BR team to ACC Dept
– Check and confirm to team before submitting to customs system
– Apply Permit to GDCE
– Update Check list OP and BR
– Report daily task to BRM
– Prepare customs clearance documents and other related documents
– Cooperate with and support operation team for smooth process of import and export
– Reporting tasks
– Other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
– Have a Customs Broker License
– Able to work in Sihanoukville Port
– Able to speak English well
– Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Email
– Honest person
– Available working on holiday or Overtime if needed
– Be able to legally clear customs.
Priority
– Have experiences in Air Freight, Sea Freight operation
– Experience from international company logistics
– No experience and fresh graduated can apply.
