Job Description
– Enter the necessary information into the customs system
– Prepare the necessary documents for customs clearance in the office
– Go to the client’s factory (Phnom Penh area) to prepare customs clearance documents
– Go to GDCE(General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia) for customs clearance and preparation
– Go to each customs office (Phnom Penh airport, Phnom Penh port, PPSEZ, etc.) to prepare for customs clearance.
– Study brokerage to obtain your own brokerage license (Company support to pass it)
– Cooperate with staff from other department
– Report to Managers if you face problem
– Others assigned by Manager & Supervisor
Job Requirement
– Have a brokerage license (even no working experience can be considered)
– High Communication skills and positive personality
– Able to provide firm and equal customs clearance services
– Brokerage experience in a logistics company
– Able to use English at least good level
– Calculation skills and Computer skill for MS Excel, Word
– People who are open and curious
– Available for standby in office if have some case urgent.
Priority
– Able to use an advanced English skills
– Experience in an international company, especially Japanese one
