Job Description
1. Customs Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and process import/export documentation according to customs regulations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations to prevent delays and penalties.
Classify goods according to the Harmonized System (HS) and determine duty rates.
2. Customs Clearance:
Facilitate the clearance of goods through customs by coordinating with customs officials.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of customs entries and related documents.
Monitor the status of shipments and communicate updates to clients.
3. Duty and Tax Calculation:
Calculate import duties, taxes, and other charges accurately.
Advise clients on potential costs and savings related to customs duties and taxes.
4. Tariff and Trade Consultation:
Advise to stakeholders on tariff classifications, duty drawback, and preferential trade agreements.
Assist clients in understanding and benefiting from trade agreements and special trade programs.
5. Be able to back up the team(Warehouse and Brokerage)
Job Requirement
– Bachelors Degree
– Better experience in processing clearance
– Available to work on holiday or Overtime
– Have experience with clearance by sea & air via PNH, SIH and airport
– Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.
– Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
– Good oral and written English and communication skills
– Be Friendly, Flexible, Honestly and work under pressure
– Willing to challenge with job
– Willing to get training and development
