Job Description
– Help to explanation and documentation of the project plan to the offshore company
– Preparation of design documents for offshore clients (translation, supplementation, etc.)
– Quality check of deliverables with Japanese accuracy
– Assist in communication between local staff and the head office in Japan by translating documents and interpreting
– Setting up and facilitation of meetings between Japan and offshore sites
– Grasping team status and early action using development management methods
– Project management tasks such as quality/cost control, schedule management, use of outsourcing, etc.
– Training/support of development members
– Team member support and follow-up.
Job Requirement
– Any nationality is acceptable.
– JLPT N1-N2 level
– Some working experience in IT, web developing, or related field
– Experience in project management
– Communication and problem solving skills
– Young and fresh personality with 1~3 years working experience are also welcome!
– Working experience as a Japanese translator or supporter for Japanese communication.
Priority
– Able to write / read Japanese at advance level
– Experience of managing offshore development as a bridge SE
– Experience in acceptance testing and test handling
– Experience of agile development such as Scrum
– Contribution to open source and technical communities
– Experience in product development and operation for toB
– Master’s degree from foreign university.
