Position Summary:

Brand Manager to develop and implement branding and marketing strategies that help grow the business and strengthen the company’s image in the market.

The position will be responsible for planning marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities, supporting franchise recruitment, maintaining a positive brand reputation, and leading the branding team to achieve company goals.

Job Requirements

Job Description:

1. Brand Strategy Development & Execution
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, communications, and customer touchpoints.

• Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements to strengthen market positioning.

2. Market Research & Consumer Insights

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.

• Analyze consumer behavior and market data to support strategic decision-making.

• Provide actionable insights to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

3. Brand Communication & Promotion

• Plan and execute integrated marketing and promotional campaigns.

• Manage digital marketing, social media, public relations, and offline promotional activities.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize brand exposure and effectiveness.

4. Brand Asset Management

• Manage and safeguard the company’s brand identity, guidelines, and marketing materials.

• Ensure all brand-related content and communications adhere to established brand standards.

• Maintain consistency in visual identity and messaging across all platforms.

5. Budget & Resource Management

• Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.

• Allocate resources strategically to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.

• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective execution of branding initiatives.

6. Franchise Recruitment & Development Support

• Support franchise recruitment and expansion activities through branding and marketing initiatives.

• Develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential franchise partners.

• Collaborate with business development teams to strengthen franchise growth.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and market research.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to independently manage projects and lead teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Experience in the F&B, retail, franchise, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.

Priority:

Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Language Requirements:

Good English, Advanced English, Good Chinese, Advanced Chinese
