Job Description
– Analyzes brand positioning and consumer insights
– Translates brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
– Develops a strategy that will build a strong brand that is fit for purpose and will support our business objectives
– Develops and implements a fully integrated brand marketing communications plan supporting
the overall brand strategy including media, creatives campaigns and PR
– Oversees new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
– Develop and execute a comprehensive event aligned with brand goals and objectives
– Plan, organize and manage all aspects of event including product launch
– Coordinate with vendor, partner , shop owner to ensure seamless execution of events
– Proactively plans marketing activities well in advance
– Ensures all marketing activity or events adhere to health and safety requirements
– Delegates tasks appropriate to team members to ensures the effective and efficient running of the department
– Develops team through coaching, advice and motivational techniques to helps the team to maximize the potential for creating brand awareness
– Collect and analyze feedback from consumer, shop owner to continually improve event experience
– Building good relationships with the advertising agencies
– As a company representative in charge of everything that needs to be done to run the company (sales, marketing, accounting, recruiting, etc.).
Job Requirement
– English must to be Advanced level
– Highly motivated and able to work under pressure as a representative.
Priority
– Experience of overseas study
– Experience of Sales and Marketing in foreign companies
– Management experience is preferred
– Ability to take action and accurately understand instructions from the head office in Thailand.
