Position Summary:
Preferred Cargo are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations and sales at the Techo International Airport cargo terminal. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will oversee daily branch operations, manage the local team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in air cargo or freight forwarding, an established industry network, and a proven ability to secure space bookings and develop new business.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
I. Sales & Business Development
-Develop new air cargo customers and grow cargo volume across Cambodia.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, airlines, GSSAs, and key cargo partners.
-Manage cargo bookings, rate quotations, and coordinate space allocation with HQ and airline partners.
-Identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

II.Operations
-Oversee daily air cargo terminal operations to ensure efficient cargo acceptance, handling, and delivery.
-Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, customs, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth cargo movements.
-Monitor cargo performance, prepare sales and uplift reports, and ensure operational efficiency.
-Ensure compliance with airline procedures, aviation security regulations, and company policies.
II. Branch Leadership
-Lead, coach, and supervise the branch team to achieve operational and sales targets.
-Monitor branch performance and drive continuous service improvement.
-Support staff development, performance management, and recruitment when required.
Required Skills:
-Experience: 3–5 years in air cargo, airline cargo, or freight forwarding, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior sales role.
-Industry Network: Strong connections with freight forwarders, airlines, and logistics companies in Cambodia.
-Sales Skills: Proven experience in air cargo sales, rate negotiation, and cargo space bookings.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Aviation, or a related field.
-Language: Fluent English (spoken and written).
-Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced air cargo environment.
-Sales Skills: Proven experience in air cargo sales, rate negotiation, and cargo space bookings.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Aviation, or a related field.
-Language: Fluent English (spoken and written).
-Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced air cargo environment.
