Job Description

– Lead the members to work towards the KPI and goal of the month. You need strong leadership and excellent personality to lead over 50 staff.
– Join the meeting with top management’s mainly Japanese. And convey the orders from Japan to the Cambodia branch translating the contents into Khmer.
– Personnel management. Recruiting, training and evaluating, motivating, and daily operation improvement of the staff.
– Translation and interpretation between Japanese and Khmer during the meetings and document work. There are 50 members in the company, so the Japanese speakers including you are expected to support them in terms of language.
– Support Japanese management when they communicate with local staff.
– Check with members if they have any unclear information in the orders from Japan. If there is, you must explain it to make it clear.
– Make sure the quality of the products is fine enough.
– Other tasks assigned by the Japanese side.

Job Requirement

– Japanese skill at N1 level (N2 certificate with an excellent language skill is also acceptable)
– Experience as a manager of a team which is over 20 members at least
– Strong management skill with a mature and insightful personality
– Good English skill
– Capable of communication with the ministry officers
– Able to work on national holidays except Khmer New Year and Puchum Ben
– Minimum 3 years of average work length in previous companies.

– Have studied/worked in Japan.
