– Responsible for consulting customers coming to Rohto’s skin care & beauty center (Clinic) on skincare, makeup, how to use skin care products, cosmetics…
– Update information about products and promotions.
– Caring for and advising customers on skin care after treatment and medical guidance from the Doctor in charge.
– Responsible for monitoring the quantity of products in stock at the Clinic.
– Responsible for monitoring, backing up, and updating customer information.
– Responsible for cashier work and payment at the counter.
– Resolve customer inquiries and complaints from outside calls or from the website.
– Consulting on sales of the Company’s products.
– Have a sense of responsibility and teamwork, welcome guests warmly, and give enthusiastic advice.
Job Requirement
– English speaking fluently require.
– Customer service/ hospitality manner.
– Office skills.
– Proficient in basic information technology.
– Can withstand work pressure.
