– Translation and interpretation between English/Khmer and Japanese, and interpretation support for area manager’s liaison matters.
– Interpretation (mainly for Japanese executives in Japan, interpreting between local and Japanese engineers)
– Preparation of various office documents (The purpose is not only to share information with the Cambodian subsidiary, but also to compile and organize documents.)
EX) official documents (application for registration, contracts, documents related to travel, etc.) and regular work ( invoices , quotations, minutes of meetings, transportation arrangements, etc.)
– Support and liaison in case of problems or issues between Cambodian branches
– Reporting to relevant departments and reminding them of deadlines
– Preparation and management of documents in accordance with the contents of reports
– Other assigned internal duties and other clerical work as needed
– Accompanying executives on business trips to Cambodia
– Participate in meetings, respond to e-mails and phone calls in English.


– Japanese: N2 or above (N1 is preferred)
– English: Daily conversation or above (able to use it in meetings, respond to e-mails and phone calls)
– Good communication skills (able to speak positively and make efforts to listen to and understand what others are saying).
– 2 or 3 years experiences of working using Japanese under Japanese Managers
– Have a cheerful & positive character, able to do multitask, and Willing to take the initiative and try new things.
– Able to use PC at an advanced especially Word, Excel and e-mails.


– Experience working or studying abroad, especially in Japan
– Secretary working experience is an advantage
– Engineering experience in a construction company or those knowledge is an advantage
– Advanced English skills to communicate smoothly in English too
– Keen to learn new things related to Japanese culture and engineering field.
