Position Summary
The B2B Senior Engineer (Commercial HVAC) provides expert technical consultation and support to B2B commercial customers. This role is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, selecting appropriate HVAC systems, reviewing designs, conducting site surveys, and coordinating with contractors to ensure proper installation and operation. The engineer acts as a key technical partner throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and support for B2B commercial HVAC customers
- Analyze customer requirements including cooling/heating capacity, application, site conditions, and operational needs
- Select and recommend suitable HVAC systems based on project specifications
- Review and advise on installation designs (refrigerant piping, drainage, electrical power supply)
- Conduct site surveys to confirm installation environments and technical conditions
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during installation
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project acceptance
- Support sales activities as a technical engineer, including pre-sales support when required
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Completed technical education or school curriculum related to HVAC
- More than 5 years of working experience in HVAC or related technical fields
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of HVAC control systems (central controller, scheduling control, etc.)
- Experience coordinating with contractors and subcontractors
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical solutions to customers
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to visit project sites and travel as required
- Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving ability, and teamwork mindset

- Male candidate, age over 34

- English: Good level
