Job Description
– Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving targets for Room Air Conditioners (RAC), Package Air Conditioners (PAC), and
– VRF Air Conditioners (VRF) under the guidance of supervisors.
– Customer Follow-up: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers by responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
– Quotation & Proposal Assistance: Support the preparation of quotations and proposal documents to help the sales team secure contracts.
– Coordination & Internal Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including engineers and customer service, to ensure smooth customer support and project execution.
– Sales Data Management: Manage customer information, sales records, and activity logs to support efficient sales operations.
Job Requirement
– Basic Sales Experience: Experience in B2B sales or the air conditioning industry is preferred
– Technical Interest & Learning Ability: Willingness to understand the basics of air conditioning systems (especially VRF) and continuously learn through work.
– Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
– Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate support with a flexible approach.
– Organization & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a structured and timely manner.
