Job Description
●Purchasing Management
– Sourcing for new products or suppliers as customers requirements
– Product testing and evaluation
– Determine catalogs
– Propose new products meeting
– Communication with Supplier: for smooth operation
– Communication with Supplier: for invoice checking
●Compliance
– Responsible for monitoring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
– Check official requirement for (License, copyright)
– Keep Transparent and Trustful Transaction
– Check Branding Effect of each Product
– Document Control (check supplier’s document also, Ex: Patent, VAT)
>> especially to open account with supplier, purchaser need to arrange.
– Work closely with B2B department
– Suppliers company information
– Other tasks assigned by GM.
Job Requirements
– Bachelors degree.
– Able to work under a foreigner boss.
– Command of English for business communication.
– Several years working in purchasing field (Office Supply and Stationery) and can use function of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoints
– Interest in company dealing categories (without interest it is difficult to expect sophisticated market analysis).
