Position Details
Position Summary:
In this role, you will work closely with the manager to handle daily shop operations, plan events, and translate between Japanese and Khmer. As our business grows, you will have a great chance to be promoted to Shop Manager in the future

・Provide administrative support to Japanese Manager
・Translation between Japanese or English and Khmer
・Customer service in the shop
・Shift Scheduling
・Assists to the manager with customer inquiries and problem resolution
・Assists Sales activity & Marketing activity
・Supports posting on Social Media (Facebook / Instagram / Telegram etc)
・Communicate with customers in good manners
