Job Description
– Manage and assist DoCE and Co-Founder for all admin works within the department and across the department within the company.
– Check and review all the documents and advise to related teams to make sure all the documents is correct and in order before submitting to DoCE and Co-founder to sign or approve.
– Review all policies under the DoCE office and propose to DoCE and Co-founder if the policies need to be amended or new policy needs to be created
– Assist in making smooth communication among and across the department to meet company culture, mission, and visions
– Manage DoCE calendar and meeting schedules in order to well inform to related teams.
– Review all the weekly and monthly reports from all departments under the DoCE Office before presenting them to DoCE and the Co-Founder and setting for the meeting
– Participate all the meeting forums or lead the meeting assigned by DoCE & Co-Founder.
– Minutes taken for all meetings lead by DoCE & Co-Founder and presentation if necessary.
– Other takes assigned by DoCE and Co-Founder.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– Experience 2 years of experience in administration or related.
– Good command of communication in English
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
