POSITION SUMMARY
Join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and play a central role in driving business growth and international projects. This strategic position is ideal for candidates fluent in Japanese with overseas experience or a global mindset. You will work closely with the CEO on project management, business operations, and strategic initiatives across retail and food processing sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, communications, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting briefs and follow-up plans.
- Japanese & international communication.
- Provide Japanese interpretation and translation.
- Act as liaison with global partners and Japanese clients.
2. Business & Project Support
- Support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects.
3. Team & Organizational Support
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Maintain smooth communication and workflow across teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Able to speak Japanese and English at a business level (reading & writing included).
- Experience in executive support, project management, or business coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Camup IQ Test score of 7 points or above.
- Stable career history (not a job hopper).
Priority:
- Overseas study or work experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and proactive mindset.
Language Requirements: Good English, Advanced English, Advanced Japanese (N2~N1)

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working Days: Monday – Friday, Saturday (half-day).
- Working Hours: 8 hours (flexible system).
