Job Description:
2. Campaign & Retention Management:
– Implements and monitors daily customer development/retention plans and executes the 52-week promotional calendar, handling seasonal campaigns, ads, and visual merchandising.
3. Performance Monitoring & Micro-Analytics:
– Tracks daily sales team KPIs and analyzes immediate POS data trends to optimize floor stock and layout.
4. Team Development & Training:
– Leads store administrative duties while directly driving staff education, sales skills training, and leadership coaching under the “Shuhari” philosophy of continuous improvement.
5. Supplier & Facility Coordination:
– Manages immediate, day-to-day operational negotiations with suppliers to ensure smooth facility maintenance.
6. External Popup Events:
– Strategize, plan, and execute popup sales events outside of the primary mall location to drive brand awareness and incremental revenue. Manage logistics, staffing, and inventory for these off-site activations
7. Consignment Sales Accuracy:
– Oversee and audit consignment sales operations. Ensure strict accuracy in tracking, reporting, and reconciling consignment inventory and revenues.
8. Emergency Store Leadership (Interim Management):
– Act as the immediate temporary replacement for Store Managers or Chiefs in the event of urgent resignations or unforeseen absences. Seamlessly take over daily store operations, team leadership, and KPI management to ensure zero disruption to the business.
Required Skills:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume, supermarkets, retail chains, or Home Centers. At least 3 years in Store Manager leadership role managing staff schedules, floor operations, or serving as a Store Chief/Team Leader.
– Must have hands-on experience in physical retail operations. Experience only in online platforms, boutique stores, or remote operations is not acceptable.
