– Store operation management of entertainment facilities
– Staff operation management and training
– Planning and management of sales and sales promotion
– Customer service support in stores
– Troubleshooting in stores
– Daily and monthly reporting of field activities
– Other tasks assigned by GM.
Job Requirement
– 4 year of Bachelor degree of management or related field
– Experience 2 year of management
– Able to communication with staff
– Able to negotiate with external parties
– Follow up to achieve the sales budget of the store and business in charge.
– Flexible solution with customer, staff and supervisors
– Ability to follow the direction of supervisors and take the lead.
– Have experience with customer service
– Have a good attitude and honest and work hard
– Highly responsible, quick response, able to work overtime, and smart.
– Experience proposing such as sales planning or promotion and other projects and proposals.
– Computer skill: Microsoft word, Excel, Power point, email and other.
– Can speak English in business level and Chinese
