POSITION SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager, HR will play a key role in developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with Cambodian labor laws, driving recruitment, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR management and employee engagement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up HR policies and ensure compliance with Cambodian labor law.
  • Monitor performance appraisals and employee feedback.
  • Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
  • Collaborate with management on HR strategies, HR budget setting, and risk assessment.
  • Facilitate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and monitor employee retention strategies.
  • Address employee questions and concerns regarding company policies.
  • Implement training & development programs.
  • Prepare and submit risk assessment reports to management.
  • Review headcount budget plans and orientation programs.
  • Handle other general affairs and HR-related tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, with solid knowledge of HR strategy, compliance, and Cambodian labor law.
  • Experience with HR software and databases is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong command of English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
