POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Manager, HR will play a key role in developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with Cambodian labor laws, driving recruitment, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR management and employee engagement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up HR policies and ensure compliance with Cambodian labor law.
- Monitor performance appraisals and employee feedback.
- Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
- Collaborate with management on HR strategies, HR budget setting, and risk assessment.
- Facilitate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and monitor employee retention strategies.
- Address employee questions and concerns regarding company policies.
- Implement training & development programs.
- Prepare and submit risk assessment reports to management.
- Review headcount budget plans and orientation programs.
- Handle other general affairs and HR-related tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, with solid knowledge of HR strategy, compliance, and Cambodian labor law.
- Experience with HR software and databases is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
