Position Details
Position Summary:
This role will support the Sales team in promoting and selling the hotel’s rooms and services to leisure guests (tourists, travel agencies, FITs, and group travelers).
The main focus is to build strong relationships with clients, increase hotel bookings from the leisure market, and support the Leisure Sales Manager in daily sales activities and planning.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
-Maintain good relationships with travel agents, corporate partners, and leisure clients
-Actively visit and meet potential and existing clients
-Support the preparation of annual sales and marketing plans
-Keep a record of all clients (existing, potential, and past)
-Plan and organize weekly/monthly sales visits and activities
-Report weekly and monthly sales activities and results
-Monitor competitor hotels (prices, services, promotions, etc.)
-Promote the hotel through client visits, presentations, and site inspections
-Handle client inquiries and ensure their needs are properly understood and met
-Follow up with clients after sales and ensure satisfaction
-Handle complaints and coordinate with internal departments for solutions
-Negotiate rates and confirm agreements in writing
-Ensure all new clients are financially reliable (no credit issues)
-Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquet teams
-Attend trade shows and support marketing activities when needed

Required Skills:
– Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field
-At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or similar role
-Good command of English, both spoken and written.
– Ability to communicate professionally with international clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Flexible to work long or irregular hours when needed
