JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for assisting the Japanese general manager with CS, preparing the documents, arranging shipping, and delivering the customers’ belongings safely between Japan. (There is only one Japanese manager in the PP branch.)
– Interpret and translate the document from Khmer to English
– Sales assistance
– Customer support, service explanation, etc.
– Prepare necessary documents, check invoices, delivery notes, etc.
– Customs duty calculation
– Arranging trucks
– Issuance of invoice
– Securing delivery dates for logistics providers based on customer requests
– Responsible for procurement, delivery and planning in day-to-day operations
– Support communication with freight and shipping companies
– Update delivery reports to customers
– Other duties as assigned by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Must be able to work with care and attention to detail.
– Able to work alone
– Have a Bachelor degree
– Able to text and communicate in English at Advanced
– At least 2~3years of working experience
– Able to work 1year
– Advanced in PC skills(Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
PRIORITY
-Able to speak Japanese
– Interested in Logistics
– Experienced of logistics especially freight forward industry
– Under 30
