JOB DESCRIPTION
– Provide Secretarial support to the manager in preparing emails, memos, letters, and documents and ensure follow for those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
– Assist in organizing by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
– Manage and coordinate a variety of office and personal assistants, including travel.
– Collect documents to be filtered, reviewed, and feedback prior to sending them to Manager.
– In charge of collecting weekly reports of assigned departments and companies, to be summarized into a monthly report and submitted to respective management and heads.
– Assist Manager workload according to priority, urgency, & importance.
– Coordinate with other departments for the completion of their task, weekly submissions, and deliverables
– Must be flexible and willing to work extra time and occasionally on call during weekends and after business hours.
– Perform systematic document filing, and general administration to achieve a well-organized office
JOB REQUIREMENT
– University graduate with high proficiency in English
– Demonstrate strong knowledge of writing memo
– At least 1-2 years of work experience in an assisting role
– Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
– Language- English / Chinese / Khmer
– Must possess personal integrity, be highly driven, and disciplined with time
– An experienced planner who can prioritize tasks, solve problems independently, and can work well under pressure and deadline
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Be Confident, self-motivated, and teamwork
– Driving license
